My ping can be at an average of around 15-20ms, but then erratically spikes up to 200 every 10 or so seconds.

So after the new update, all of my matches has been lagging really bad up to the point where either it backtracks or will just stop moving (note that the game did not freeze at all. Just the movement/action). I've searched high and low in fixing this matter, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, che Jan 22, 2016 · The high ping happens at night, mostly around the same time. Which makes me think it's either 1) something backing up on my end (which I don't do), or 2) the network traffic in the area is crazy bad at this time of night and ATT can't handle it (this is what I really think it is, but they won't admit to it). I noticed today that my ping had gone from 60ms (my normal ping on any day) to 700ms! I have no clue why my ping is so bad. I checked my computer for background programs and other stuff and I couldn't find anything. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
